Bought a key with excellent reviews on Amazon. Took it here and they could not cut the key correctly and even broke one of my keys. They blamed it on the product being from China. $80 for 5 minutes of programming the keys that they couldn't even program. They said, "you're paying for the service and time of me programming the keys whether they work or not". So it took them 10 minutes to miscut two keys that wouldn't fit and then go out to program them for no reason. When trying to turn the key the guy had to have already known the keys were miscut because he turned it so hard THAT IT BROKE THE KEY! Sorry about your luck - that will be $80 for 10 minutes - pleasure doing business with you.

Great customer service here. Fair prices. They were able to make a scooter key that no other place I've been to even had a blank for. They've rekeyed several locks for me and the keys always work. Highly recommend them.
